Event Organiser's Conference

This year's Event Organisers's Conference is scheduled to take place on Saturday 13th November in the Sir John Beckwith Building, Loughborough University.

With tea/coffee available from 9.30a.m the formal programme begins at 10.00a.m and will conclude at 4.00p.m with a buffet lunch provided.

The programme will consider a number of emerging issues affecting the organisation of BTA sanctioned events as well as other topics including event insurance, event presentation and the 2005 major event calendar.

Provided that there is sufficient demand it is planned to offer a breakout session during the afternoon aimed specifically at new, first time organisers to provide advice and guidance on how to organise an event. Please indicate whether you are interested in this session when you make your booking.

Outside of the formal programme there will be plenty of opportunity for delegates to network and make those valuable contacts for the future.

Cost of the day is £15.00 per delegate (including refreshments).
