Richard Allen Starts the Season with a Strong Result at Bath

Richard raced in the Bath International Half Marathon last Sunday, the 20th March. He finished a strong 17th in a world class field of runners. This included nine Kenyans and five of the top British half marathon runners. Remember that Richard is not a pure runner and was very pleased to mix it with the top runners in a time of 67:55.

This was great preparation for the Triathlon season which kicks off in the US in three weeks. Richard leaves for the US on the 2nd of April to prepare in Florida for the races which will be in very hot temperatures.
