Richard Allen - Update

Following the Commonwealth Games next March (subject to selection), Richard is planning to switch his focus to Ironman racing at the highest level. Whilst Richard is still planning to do the big British Olympic distance drafting triathlons of Windsor and London, he will focus on his biking strength and compete in the major none-drafting races around the World and aim to win the UK Ironman and ultimately the Hawaii Ironman. Richard is hoping for his first Ironman experience to be this year at Ironman Florida in November. This will very much be as a trial run before switching focus 100% from next March.

There is no real Ironman star living in the UK and Richard Allen plans on taking this position as the best. It will be very exciting and will lead to a massive increase in exposure.
