Stephen Bayliss - 2nd in World Long Distance Rankings.

Hi Guys,
 
Just got back from the World Long Course Championships in Denmark (home of the Jelly fish!!).  I managed to stear clear of any stings and had a good swim and bike, bringing me to the start of the run up with the eventual top 3 but I couldn't quite match their running speed this weekend.

I still finished a very creditable 13th, which means I have finished 2nd in the World Long Distance Rankings for 2005.
 
The race was shown that evening on Danish TV and should be broadcast on other TV stations around the world; there were some good shots of me on the bike leg.

Next race is the UK Ironman on 21st Aug, this race also has TV coverage to be shown later in the year on Channel 4, as well as great coverage in the triathlon media as well.  I'm looking for a great result here.
