Amey Follows Duathlon Success With Half Ironman Win

Great Britain's Paul Amey who captured the Rydges Half Ironman crown in Port Macquarie at the weekend. He completed the course in a time of three hours, 54 minutes and 21 seconds - just ahead of pre-race favourite Mitch Dean (3:57:48).
