Open Water Swimming Available in the South

Heron Lake is the undisputed Open Water Venue for swimming in the South. Over the past couple of Season Rick Kiddle and SBR Sports have supported this lake by organising the safest and most comprehensive open water swimming program for athletes looking to either learn how to swim or improve there confidence in open water swimming in preparation for the triathlon season. As a growing sport there are not many places that are available and Heron Lake attracts up to 400 people a weekend. For further details follow the link below.
