Jodie Swallow Makes Her Racing Return

In a race won by Ricarda Lisk of Germany, Jodie Swallow finished in fourth at the Langebaan ITU African Cup Triathlon in South Africa, marking her return to racing. Swallow led out of the water with Lisk, and settled in to the second bike pack as the leaders broke away. However the Brit posted the second fastest run time, clocking 39:36, to move herself up to fourth and just four seconds off the podium. Lisa Norden of Sweden was second and Juri Ide of Japan was third.
