Cave and Hotchkiss Top 10 in Ironman 70.3 California

Britain's Leanda Cave and Jonathan Hotchkiss took top 10 finishes at the Ironman 70.3 race in Oceanside, California. The men's race was won by the American World Cup veteran, Andy Potts, who dipped under the four hour mark by one second. Jens Koefoed held off Lewis Elliot for second with Hotchkiss finishing in ninth with a time of 4:10:35. Kate Major won the women's event in 4:26:15, some five minutes ahead of Dede Greisbauer in second. Cave finished in fifth position with Danish athlete, Lisbeth Kristensen, girlfriend of British triathlete Andrew Johns, in seventh.More: http://www.britishtriathlon.org/news/article.php?id=9054
