Ashbourne Duathlon - British National Duathlon Championships

The 7th staging of the Ashbourne Duathlon takes place on Saturday 28th April at Carsington Water, Derbyshire. The race will be hosting both the age-group & elite British Championships as well as the final event of the National Duathlon Series. The race will start with a mostly off road 12K run around the perimeter of Carsington Water, which can get hilly at points followed by an undulating 40K bike course through Wirksworth and up the infamous Middleton Top. The race finishes with a flat out and back 4K Run. There will be prizes in each 5 year age-groups, first team (top 3) as well as cash prizes to the top 3 elites.
